Henry Lin is the Co-Founder of Chelsey Henry, a privately held life-style brand fashion accessories company rooted with its vision to build a global company with a strong brand message that inspires, validates, and empowers people to prioritize personal growth and life balance over the pressures to make money and achieve recognition.  Prior to starting Chelsey Henry, he was the Co-Founder, and President at iTango Software, Inc., a venture-backed enterprise software company delivering hosted web-based Employee Relationship Management (ERM) solutions to the small and mid-size enterprises. As a co-founder, he has been instrumental in shaping the product strategy, company vision and strategic business alliances for iTango.  Prior to founding iTango, Henry was a manager at Microsoft's Worldwide OEM Operations Group and spent time with Accenture (formally Andersen Consulting) working on many consulting projects with Fortune 1000 clients.
