Jon started as a volunteer at NPower Seattle in 2002 and quickly moved into training as a Contract Trainer. He started his own business in 2003 offering Computer Software training, teaching classes for North Seattle Community College, major businesses and the community. Previously he worked for a tech company offering commercial printing via the internet.

Jon has over 15 years of nonprofit experience as a volunteer, committee chair and board member. Currently he serves on the board for Three Dollar Bill Cinema. He is a member of the American Society for Training & Development.

In his spare time he works on his 1904 farmhouse. He also collects books and likes to garden.
