Shawn Michael has been a part of the NPower network for over a decade.  In that time she has assisted nonprofits with technology planning, development, training, and implementation. Prior experience includes work at private sector corporations and consulting firms.

In addition to her technical skills, Shawn provides excellent project management capacity to bridge any technical gaps within an organization. Her down to earth, common sense approach allows her to communicate easily with people with varied levels of technical knowledge. Shawn's goal is always to assist a customer in making sustainable technology choices, and ensuring that the organization's needs are met.

Shawn's personal interests range from watching her three children's wonderfully different personalities develop to horse back riding to gardening and travel. Working for NPower gives her a feeling of contributing to the community while empowering others to do the same.
