Jay is a Partner at Lake Partners, a strategy consulting firm founded in 1997 with the idea that there is a better way to approach consulting; for clients, consultants and the community. He has hands-on experience in a wide variety of disciplines, including sales, operations, marketing and consulting. Prior to joining the firm, Jay was Director of International Operations for Anderson Chamberlin, Inc, where his leadership helped sales grow from $30 million to $150 million over a four-year period. Jay has also held management positions with Cintas Corporation, PACCAR and Procter & Gamble and has prior consulting experience with McKinsey & Company and Bain & Company. He is the recipient of numerous awards and recognitions for his sales and operations accomplishments. Jay graduated with Dean's Honors from the University of Notre Dame with a B.B.A. in Finance and with a M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
