John Joynt
Manager, Data Network Services
John spent 14 years at Microsoft. He started in Product Support Services (PSS) managing various technical support teams and US customer service operations. John later moved into product and program management roles for PSS and MSN support systems, primarily focused on customer relationship and support management.
Prior to joining Microsoft, John worked at Northland Communications where he managed technical support operations and assisted with software design, development, and testing.
After leaving Microsoft, John spent time working with schools and nonprofit organizations to provide technical consultation. He recently joined the NPower Seattle staff were he oversees the work of our consultants who install and maintain the computer infrastructures of local nonprofits.
