NPower Seattle's Community Education Program can assist training coordinators and team leaders in identifying, prioritizing and meeting the training needs of staff at their nonprofit organization.

We can lend a hand with:
- Knowledgeable, experienced education consultants
- Assistance with surveying your staff's skills and interpreting the results
- Creating a training plan to prioritize individual and group training needs
- Training in software applications, and cutting-edge workshops geared to all levels

Private Training
Putting a new database into place? Hiring new staff? A private class may help you train staff more quickly or address specific technology needs through customized curricula. We can schedule a private full or half-day training from our course catalogue, at a convenient date and time for your organization. Or, NPower's training staff can develop customized training to meet the unique technology needs of your organization.
Our private training rates are on a sliding fee scale based on your membership status and organizational budget size. The minimum size for a private training at NPower's classroom is six students with a maximum of 12 students. For more information, contact us at training@npowerseattle.org.
