4. Payment

Submitting a registration form is a commitment to pay NPower for a class. Payment is not required in advance. An invoice will be sent to your organization following the training. If you have questions about billing, please contact us.

Training Policies - Please Review Carefully BEFORE Submitting a Registration

Withdrawal:  In the event that you must withdraw from a class, we will not bill you only if you notify us at least 3 business days in advance.  If you are only able to provide advance notice of less than three business days, you can retake the class on a space available basis for only a $10 administrative fee.  If you are unable to provide advance notice at all, you can retake the class on a space available basis for a $20 administrative fee.

Late for Class: Please plan to arrive at least five minutes prior to the scheduled beginning of a class. Students who are more than twenty minutes late will be admitted at the discretion of the instructor.

Class Retake: Interested in taking a class a second time to refresh what you learned or to fill in the gaps? NPower will waive the class fee for retaking an open training class if the retake occurs within 6 months of the original class date.   Students will be charged a $10 administrative fee, and will be placed on stand-by status until three working days prior to the class, and then be switched to full registration status if there is sufficient space in the class.   To register for a retake, submit the class registration form online or via fax, and indicate that you are retaking the class and the date of the original class.

Registration Name Change: NPower does not change student names on registrations.  Only in instances when your organization has been charged for a class after a student withdrawal, and the student is no longer with your organization, will a student name change occur.  The name change to the class registration must occur within 6 months of the original class date, and NPower should be contacted at 206.286.8880 or Training@NPowerSeattle.org to make this change.  For each change the appropriate administrative fee will apply.
