NPower Seattle's Volunteer Program
Learn more about NPower Seattle's opportunity for tech-savvy individuals to provide support for local organizations. We have a wide variety of ways that volunteers can help.
There are many tech-savvy individuals in the Seattle Area with a desire to serve the community. And we know from our work that there are nonprofits in need of that expertise. Our Volunteer Program brings those two groups together.
Recognizing the constraints of modern life, we provide different ways for individuals to participate:
-
Volunteer Matching Program - This is by far our most flexible volunteer opportunity – both in the time and skills involved. Organizations throughout our area submit technology-related projects to the volunteer recruitment section of our website. These range from database projects, website updates and designs, technology training and coaching, or network setup and support.

Here is information for organizations looking to post projects for volunteers. -
Tech Coaching - Tech Coaching Volunteers, visit an organization on two separate dates to coach the nonprofit staff on effective use of Microsoft Office programs.
If you would like to get started volunteering with NPower Seattle, please fill out our Volunteer Profile Form, so we can learn more about your skills and interests. We also ask new volunteers to attend a brief New Volunteer Orientation prior to their first project.
If you have questions about the volunteer program, you can email the Volunteer Coordinator at volunteer@npowerseattle.org, or you can call 206.286.8880.
