Senior Consultant - CRM/Salesforce Services
The Senior Consultant works with nonprofit customers to identify ways to increase their effectivenes and efficiency through improved data tracking systems. This position requires prior consulting expertise, experience implementing constituent relationship management systems (CRM), and strong client relationship skills. The ideal candidate will:

Be able to manage and execute the gathering of business requirements and process workflows and record them in a formal technical specification document.

Be able to quickly absorb nonprofit business needs such as donor management, volunteer management, case management or service tracking systems for nonprofits.

Have prior experience implementing CRM solutions, preferably with the Salesforce.com platform

Be comfortable in a sales role helping key decision makers choose our services.

Starting salary range is $48,025 - $53,675 DOE. Excellent insurance and retirement benefits and generous leave time.
