Access to NPower's Volunteer Program
NPower Seattle's Volunteer Matching Program allows member organizations to post tech projects for our pool of over 200 volunteers. From tech tutors to website architects, an NPower volunteer may be a great way for you to tackle your technology project.
In addition to the Matching Program, NPower also holds periodic volunteer events. We annually hold several Tech Coaching days each year, where we send tech savvy volunteers to local, member nonprofit organizations to coach them on the most commonly used Office programs.
Enhanced & Affordable NPower Services
Private training and consultation on databases, websites and network systems is discounted for members, the hourly rate of $105 being nearly 30% off the non-member rate of $150. Public trainings are also deeply discounted, with class costs being discounted by 30%.
Scheduled Support Services
NPower Seattle offers Scheduled Support services to members only to assist in the smooth operation of their hardware and software. This allows member agencies to contract with NPower to have a consultant visit their office(s) on a regularly scheduled basis at an even more steeply discounted rate (43% off), to perform proactive and reactive maintenance for many of the most common networking issues. Scheduled Support also includes access to our Support Line, so clients have an additional troubleshooting resource in-between scheduled visits.
