Scheduled Network Support
Nonprofits can often experience a gap between their need for technology support and their financial capacity to grow their staff to meet this critical need. NPower can help you bridge that gap by providing regular support for your workstations and networks.
Why Scheduled Support?
Technology requires thoughtful care and attention. Making sure your data is safe and backed up, that you have appropriate virus and spam protection, that your systems have the latest updates - all of these tasks take time and effort.
What Does It Cost?
Scheduled Network Support is available to NPower members in regularly scheduled visits of at least three hours each. The minimum number of visits is one three hour visit per quarter. Rates for all NPower Seattle services can be found by clicking here.
How Do I Get Started?
Getting started is easy. Just complete our Scheduled Network Support Start Guide, and email or fax it our way. And if you have existing information about your network, such as a network notebook, a diagram, or information about your hardware and software, send that along, too.
After reviewing your Scheduled Network Support Start Guide, a member of the consulting team will contact you to determine the next steps. After that initial conservation, your consultant will draft a written scope of work with a proposed schedule.

When Are Services Available?
Our Scheduled Support Services are detailed in our Service Level Agreement, or SLA, and we'd be happy to send you a copy. Additionally, you can read about office closure's due to holidays and inclement weather.
