Salesforce Pros:

- For donor management, better than all the inexpensive options, better value than Raiser’s Edge
- Much more than just donor software – can track clients, cases, volunteers, programs, nearly anything
- Available anywhere via the web, no infrastructure needed
- Getting better all the time
Salesforce Cons:
- Probably more expensive to implement than simple donor systems (but much more powerful and flexible)
- Somewhat constrained by its sales-centric design (but most of that is easy to hide)
