Workstation Support

A stable and secure workstation helps your agency work quickly and efficiently by providing easy access to email, the internet, and important shared documents. NPower can help troubleshoot - we'll check to make sure that you have current security patches, up-to-date virus software, are safe from spam and spyware, and can make recommendations about hardware and software upgrades as needed.

NPower currently supports Windows users (from Windows 98 up) and Mac users (OS 9 and up).

For regular service, look into Scheduled Network Support.

Network Support

Networks can be as simple as connecting two or three workstations, and as complicated as making sure that remote offices and multiple users can share files and calendars.

If you need assistance setting up your first network or managing an existing one, or guidance figuring out what to purchase, NPower can help. And when we've completed a project for you, we'll make sure you have documentation and recommendations about training so you get the most out of your investment.
