Service Fees

NPower Seattle is committed to ensuring that nonprofits have access to technology resources and assistance. Through partnerships & fundraising efforts we are able to keep our hourly rates about 3o% percent below those of our for-profit peers. And for organizations who invest in Membership, we offer the further reduced sliding-scale fees detailed below: 

Travel-time is billed in 15 minute increments at the hourly rate.

Support Line requests are billed in 15 increments at the hourly rate (available to Scheduled Support clients only).

Emergency Support requests, whether on-site or remote (i.e. Support Line or email), are billed at $125/hr (available to Scheduled Support clients only). 

Rates for Public Training

NPower's training is open to staff, and volunteers who play a key role, at 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations (excluding places of worship) in the Puget Sound area.  Staff and volunteers of other 501(c) organizations (including nonprofit educational institutions, associations, civic leagues, clubs, etc.) may also register for training on a stand-by basis. These rates may be further reduced by taking advantage of our scholarship or discount programs!
